The biggest difference is that when you get a call from a buyer it is from somebody well informed from the comprehensive web site who is really interested in YOUR house, not just a lead from an agent who want's to sell any house, not just yours. And you are in control with your potential buyers, you give them all information, no misunderstandings with poorly informed agents. An agent has no incentive to go for the best price. Realtor failed to sell!!! Listed with mls for 6 months, and decided to co-list with PropertyGuys.com. Not much action with the Realtor, so when our contract was up, we cancelled them. I just wanted to thank you for all your help in selling my home at 11 Huntington Ave. on the East Mountain. Your promptness regarding my needs for feature sheets and sign holders was very much appreciated.
