When I made the decision to sell my house, I wasn't sure if I would go with a realtor or with PropertyGuys.com.
After meeting with the PropertyGuys.com representative, I decided to try that route. It was definitely the best decision for me. The service was extremely professional and assistance was always available to me from PropertyGuys.com regardless of when I called. The advertising was obviously quite effective as I sold my house in approximately 45 days. There were many advantages to showing the house myself as I was able to set up appointments that were convenient both to me and potential buyers. Setting my own schedule allowed me plenty of time to get the house ready for showings. I was also able to get immediate feedback from potential buyers or a "gut feel" for how buyers felt at the end of the showing. I was pleasantly surprised that the whole process was so easy and uncomplicated. I was extremely happy with the selling price and the relatively quick turnover. I saved thousands in real estate fees. I would definitely use PropertyGuys.com again and would like to extend my appreciation and thanks to my representative.
