What a great experience! I had my first phone call on the property while walking up the driveway 3 minutes after installing the coolest sign a-round. Why use a real estate agent? So I could pay unreasonable commissions, and answer the same questions that the buyers' agent would ask my selling agent, who in turn would ask me? The worst part is going to be calling all the wonderful people I have met that want this property. PropertyGuys.com. Thats my whatif.
