We enjoyed selling our house through Property Guys. Our contact person at Property Guys, Paxton, was swift to respond to messages and very helpful. He got us started right away and was always an email away when we had any questions.
We were nervous at first about showing the house ourselves but quickly came to appreciate the advantages. We had lived in our home for 13 years and were able to answer everyone's questions about the history or renovations that we had done. We enjoyed meeting the home seekers and came to appreciate the diversity of the clientele that came through our home.
We learned to welcome them to our home and then give them the freedom to walk around independently and then be there to answer any all questions that came up for them. Most questions were easily answered as we had collected the paperwork of taxes, heating and lightening bills and any renovation and assessment papers in advance and had them ready.
We have good memories of living in this house (and if we weren't moving would still be there). Selling through Property Guys made selling our home easy and we have some good memories of showing. We are delighted to have personally met the nice young man that purchased our home and are now in the process on working with him to make his move into the house as easy as possible for him and for us.
