We already had previous experience with selling a home privately and decided to do it once again. We searched the internet for sites dedicated to selling homes privately. We decided to look into possibly signing with PropertyGuys.com because they had a local representative and we had seen several of their attractive signs around our home town.
The representative, June Carey, was very friendly and explained the simple process involved in signing up. As soon as the web site was activated, we began getting hits and phone calls. We had planned on holding an Open House after the first 2 weeks but the house sold so quickly that it was unnecessary. During the 2 week period that our site was active, we had over 600 hits!
