Had property listed with Realtors a year ago for $147,900, eventually reducing the price to 146,900. Both prices as suggested by realtors. Didn't
even get an offer in the nine months it was listed! When we signed up with PropertyGuys.com, we reduced our price by approximately what we would have paid in commission.
Result - a sale in less than three months ...and then on 6 Jan 08 it was
Sold. I would never sell a home by any other method - we received the amount we required and the purchaser got a heck of a deal by buying a " commission free" home!
