Thanks for the e-mail inquires, just to update you; we accepted an offer on Saturday, the 22nd of this month using our pre-closing form.
The papers are now in the hands of both lawyers and looks like we should be able to complete this sale before this coming weekend. Thanks for your input and it looks like you'll have another satisfied customer to add to your list. I'll let you know when the deal is complete.
