PropertyGuys.com packages only begin with an internet listing. All our packages provide you with access to our buying and selling tools in the My Account area. You will be able to manage your listing, add open house times, see how many visits your listing receives, view communications through the inbox, and negotiate with buyers using our online pre-closing kit called The Offer Maker.
To get listed now, login and click Add my Listing. To book an appointment to get setup, find the office nearest you.
For listings in one of our franchise locations, use the experience and expertise of our Private Sale Professionals (PSP) to help guide you through the steps of selling privately.
