Hello. My name is Debbie Allen and I am the PropertyGuys.com franchise owner serving Cumberland County, NS and Sackville, NB.
While PropertyGuys.com has been in existence since 1998, the Amherst office has been open for approximately 2 years. I just can't believe the overwhelming interest in the PropertyGuys.com system already.
When I first learned of this organization, I immediately knew this was going to be a good venture because…let's face it… the logic of people selling their own homes and saving thousands of dollars in commission is hardly a tough message to sell. I wasn't expecting however to learn all that I have from my customers. Here is some of the most frequent feed back:
I am no longer at the mercy of real estate agents to bring people to see my house.
I think my agent was spread too thin to work at finding my buyer. PropertyGuys.com means one seller for each property...... the owner!"
The photos and write ups on PropertyGuys.com are so much better than other websites. People get a much clearer picture of what my home is all about.
I like the control I have. When an agent showed my house, I'd wonder if they took the time to point out all the features or were they seeing it for the first time right along with the people viewing?
I can't believe they (the agents) get so much money for what they do. 6% plus tax is a lot of cash. If I'm going to pay someone's commission,it might as well be my own.
PropertyGuys.com offers an alternative to the traditional way of selling your home. If you would like to know more, call me or e-mail me personally or ask someone you know who has already used this service. For goodness sakes, don't ask an agent what we do....I can tell you now...they aren't going to give it to you straight or correct. Why would they?
